RankVault is a SaaS platform for managing and analyzing Google Search Console data. The Service allows users to track search performance, analyze queries, and generate reports for multiple websites.

3. User Accounts

To use RankVault, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Payment and Subscriptions

Payment Processor

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our third-party payment processor. We do not store your credit card details on our servers. Lemon Squeezy is PCI DSS compliant and ensures secure payment processing.

Payment Obligations

Certain features of RankVault require a paid subscription. You agree to:

• Provide accurate billing information
• Pay all fees when due
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the billing period ends

Refund and Cancellation Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with RankVault, contact us within 30 days of your first payment for a full refund.

• You can cancel your subscription anytime in account settings
• Cancellation stops future payments but does not refund the current period
• Data remains accessible for 30 days after cancellation

5. Google Search Console API Access

RankVault connects to your Google Search Console account via Google OAuth 2.0 and the Search Console API. You agree that:

• You must have a valid Google account and access to Google Search Console
• You grant RankVault read-only access to your Search Console data
• You can revoke access anytime via Google settings or RankVault settings
• You are responsible for compliance with Google's Terms of Service

6. Data Privacy

Your use of RankVault is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By connecting to Google Search Console, you authorize us to access your site data according to the permissions you grant. For detailed information about data protection, see our GDPR Policy.

7. Prohibited Use

You may not use RankVault to:

• Violate any intellectual property rights
• Upload malware or viruses
• Reverse engineer the Service
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to RankVault at any time, for any reason, without notice. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

RankVault is provided "as is" without any warranties. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RankVault shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
